Grace O’Malley’s is the perfect place to host your private
event. The second floor has three separate private rooms that each
have unique character but may be combined to build a truly extraordinary
space.
We do appreciate your interest in our restaurant and please let us

Event Information
Décor and “Amenities”
Grace O’Malley’s is an American-Irish Restaurant Pub. We
take great pride in providing our guests with attentive service, delicious
food and beverage within a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Our staff
will assist you with details such as floral arrangements, party favors,
props, themed linens, live music, and audio-visual equipment. We will
do whatever it takes to make your event smooth and enjoyable.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the front door of Grace O’Malley’s
at current rates. You may elect to bill the valet parking expense to
your master bill so your guests do not incur an out-of-pocket expense.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the banquet rooms. Smoking is permitted at
the restaurant bar located on the first floor. Cigar smoking is not
permitted anywhere in the building.
Liability
Grace O’Malley’s assumes no responsibility for personal
property and equipment brought into the restaurant.
Gratuity & Taxes
A gratuity of 20% (food & beverage) will be assessed to your private
event. Applicable state and local taxes of will also be added. Tax
exempt organizations must provide an official letter of exemption.
Other Fees
Guests must obtain management approval before bringing in any outside
food or beverage. There is a corkage fee of $15.00 per bottle for
all wines brought into the restaurant. There is a $2.00 per person
cake cutting fee for cakes brought into the restaurant. A staff fee
of $50 per staff member/per hour will be applied to parties that
exceed 4 hours.

Menu and beverage items listed and prices for these items are subject
to change.
Terms & Conditions
Guarantee
A final confirmation or guarantee of the number of guests is required
by 12:00 p.m., three business days prior to the function. The number
given at this time will become the minimum guarantee. In the event
that fewer guests are served on the day of your function, you will
be charged based on the guaranteed number. In event that more guests
are served, the actual number of guests served will determine the
amount you are charged.
Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the function.
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, the deposit
will be forfeited, plus the customer will be charged 50% of the projected
food and beverage amount to the credit card used for the deposit.
Room Minimum
Each room for private functions has a food and beverage minimum. A
detailed chart of room minimums can be viewed on the following page.
Should these minimums not be met, a room rental charge will be added
to your final bill to meet that minimum. Please note: Tax and gratuity
do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.
Deposits
In order for a contract to be binding, a deposit is required. Deposits
may be submitted in person or by filling out the credit card authorization
form and returning it via fax. The deposit amount is 25% of the stated
food and beverage minimum for the specified room and is non-refundable.
This amount will be credited to the final bill. Rooms cannot be held
or confirmed until the required deposit is received.
Final Payment
Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event. Cash or major
credit cards are accepted. Personal checks will not be accepted.
PRIVATE
EVENT SPACE DESCRIPTIONS
The second floor of Grace O’Malley’s has three rooms that
are available for private events. Each room has unique size, décor,
and character.
PATSY’S ROOM
Patsy’s Room is the front room on the second floor and overlooks
Michigan Avenue. This space is intimate and charming. Patsy’s
Room is perfect for a social or business gathering of up to 40 guests.
GRACE’S ROOM
For larger events, Grace’s Room can accommodate up to 100 guests.
A tin ceiling and fireplace create a warm and homey feeling. Grace’s
Room is ideal for many different events: graduations, baptisms, bar/bat
mitzvahs, fundraisers, weddings, showers and business meetings.
THE PUB ROOM
The Pub Room sits in the back of the second floor. The Pub Room has
large windows, high ceilings and exposed brick walls. The Pub Room
is the perfect choice for up to 30 guests to enjoy cocktails and
appetizers.
The private dining spaces at Grace O’Malley’s, although
different in character, can be combined for larger events to accommodate
up to 250 people.
